direct access friendly staff amazing view

The location allows direct access to the mall. The staff is super friendly , and they were always available to assist. The fountain view from my room was amazing.

The taxi service quoted a higher price after missing an exit.

The staff was very helpful. I got early check-in and also a room upgrade, which faced the famous fountain. Peter, the housekeeping manager, checked in regularly to make sure everything was fine.

The valet service damaged my car , and the issue has not been resolved yet.
